Subject: Hair oils causing you hair loss. Here’s why…

Knock knock,

Is Sofia there?

Just checking in! Have you used any hair growth oils recently? My favourite is rosemary oil because it is as good as minoxidil at reducing hair loss but without the harmful side effects.

I’m sure you’ve heard about the benefits of hair oiling. However, for me, seeing my hair fall out in clumps after an oil massage, made me stay away from hair oiling for a few years. Turns out, I was doing it wrong.

⭐If you haven’t downloaded your hair planner yet, Click here now to get access.⭐

So, today I’ll share with you a few things you shouldn’t do when oiling your hair:

1. Don’t brush and detangle your hair when it’s slathered with oil.

Yep, detangle before oiling, NOT AFTER. A greasy scalp is soft and kinda relaxed, making the hairs prone to breakage. Also, use a wide-tooth comb to detangle knots easily.

2. Don’t use oils just because they’re trending. Use oils that are right for your hair type!

Sometimes what works for someone else might not work for you. For instance, we all love coconut oil, but it actually dries out low-porosity hair. Tip: Dilute essential oils first and do a patch test before introducing them into your hair routine.

3. Don’t use cold oil. Warm up your oil before applying it.

This ensures that the oil penetrates deep into your hair cuticles and scalp. And it feels so relaxing…

4. Don’t apply too much oil.

Basically, you want your hair covered, not soaking. I made this mistake before thinking more oil meant getting longer hair faster. It doesn’t. The build-up clogs your pores and leads to more hair fall!!

How do I make sure I’m not applying too much oil? By applying the oil to your scalp using a cotton bud. What about the rest of my hair? Divide your hair into sections and use the prayer hands technique to sweep the oil down your hair from root to tip, gently [don’t tug].

5. Don’t forget to do a scalp massage after oiling.

Take atleast 5 minutes to gently massage your scalp, without being too vigorous. It’s best to use a scalp massager [that works by massaging the pressure points on your scalp]. Or you could use your fingertips, but the scalp massager feels way better!

6. Don’t leave the oil on for more than a day!

The natural oils your scalp produces along with the oiling treatment can result in clogged pores. Rinse your hair for as long as a minute to get it soaking wet, then wash it with a little shampoo for around 3 minutes to break down the excess oils on your scalp.

That’s it.

I hope these tips have helped you a little. Don’t make the same mistakes I did!

Subject: It wasn’t breakage, my hairs were falling out at the root…

Hey there,

I remember the first time I started noticing my hair loss, I was around 12. Early right?

Immediately I took to the internet to search up all the natural remedies for hair loss. Most of the advice said to apply oil, but the more oil I applied, the more hair I lost.

Now I know how to use hair oil properly. But the ‘me’ then did not.

I thought I’d shave it all off then regrow it, or cut it short to let the other hair catch up. I ended up cutting it short! BUT the other hair did not catch up!

Length wasn’t what I was going for! …I wanted new hairs sprouting out of my head.

DIY hair treatments made my hair sleeker than normal– making it look longer even though it wasn’t. After weeks of DIY hair treatments, I noticed new hair growth,

…but these newborn strands were sooo weak that after a hair wash, they’d fall out – what a waste!😥

My problem wasn’t breakage, the hairs were falling out at the root (dermal papillae).

I knew there had to be a way to give my new hairs enough nutrients so they could grow stronger.

Since the problem was at the root or dermal papillae, I had to figure out what was going on there.

See the green part in this hair follicle diagram below?

That’s the dermal papillae sitting at the base of the hair follicle. It’s responsible for delivering important nutrients to hair follicles: which gives your hair blood and the nutrients it needs to grow

As we get older the dermal papillae fold over and get pinched bringing less nutrients to the hair follicle.

Still with me, Sofia?

If you also lose hair at the root or have weak, thinning hair like mine…maybe there’s a problem with the cells at the base of your hair follicle.

As I said before, these cells deliver vital nutrients to our hair follicles.

However, sometimes dermal papillae could get damaged, stop working, or both. This may be due to aging, stress, or other factors in our lifestyle.

We end up with brittle, malnourished, weak hair strands.

Luckily, there is a way to repair the dermal papillae cells… and REGROW your mane, FAST

>> grow thicker & fuller hair with THIS (all-natural)

Don’t take my word for it:

Lynette S., has experienced new hair growth while Laura R., has strong, fast-growing hair with less breakage thanks to the Divine Locks Complex!

My friend, I hope you know that I understand how it feels to be scared of losing a lot of hair. And having to wait months to see if a product works.

I get it – the first step is difficult but it is also the most important.

But, it’s completely possible to grow your hair back thicker, healthier, and stronger! Learn exactly how this supplement works, right here.

I would love to hear from you, so hit reply and tell me:

What’s been your biggest hair loss struggle? For me, it was having a normal ponytail tugging on my roots which BTW hurts like hell…

Subject: Safe way to rapidly create new dermal papilla cells

Hi Sofia,

It’s me again.

I was thinking about my hair journey and how I got into a routine ->which helped me monitor my results and meet my hair goals.

My hair journey came with its ups and downs as well as lots of new hairs sticking out at the top of my head!!

New hair to me meant my scalp was healthy and clean, and my hair seemed stronger at the roots.

Now…

I know I spoke about what didn’t work for me during my hair growth journey. But let’s talk about what does work, but can be kinda hard to make a habit of.

Here are the top 3 ways to stimulate nutrient flow to your hair follicles:

1. Boost blood flow to those patchy areas with a good ol’ scalp massage.

I’m sure you’ve heard of this before, but are you doing it right? I know I get bored while massaging my scalp — I mean, giving yourself a massage is not as good as getting it from someone else, right Sofia?:)

How it’s done RIGHT: Use your fingertips to move the skin on your scalp. Do this for atleast 5 minutes to stimulate blood circulation. Another way to do this is to use a vibrating scalp massager: feels sooo good!

2. Only brush your hair when it’s just a tiny bit damp.

Hair brushing also stimulates blood flow to the scalp. Before when I wrote this post on ways to reduce hair loss, I researched and found that we should Never work with wet hair.

But now I’ve learnt that we should brush our hair while it’s slightly damp. What’s the truth?

Turns out that wet hair is prone to breakage because the proteins that make up each strand (keratin) form weaker hydrogen bonds. But, that’s only if your hair is extremely wet.

However, spraying a light water mist while brushing your hair is good for detangling–dry hair is also prone to breakage so let’s stick to something in the middle!

**Make sure your roots are always dry: no compromise there!

3. Stress Stress Stress – Find ways to destress!!!

Stress is a major cause of hair loss. Luckily, working out for a few minutes a day can lower stress, help you stay fit, and improve circulation in the scalp. Exercise causes an increase in blood flow and circulation throughout your system, providing nutrients and oxygen to your scalp and hair follicles.

⭐Or… You could go the easy route and take this powerful supplement which does all the hard work for you!⭐

Another tip is to practice journaling: Just write down whatever thoughts are going on in your head.

This helps you see what the cause of your problem is, collect your thoughts, and just let go [mentally].

Imagine pulling off your hair band without seeing a bird’s nest of hair wrapped over it, or not having hair sticking to your body while in the shower.

Sounds sweet right? Karly, M has had less shedding in the shower thanks to the Divine Locks Complex.

But, how exactly does the Divine Locks Complex work?

The “Divine Locks Complex” contains a super nutrient that is proven to “unpinch” the Dermal Papillae by rapidly creating BRAND-NEW Dermal Papilla cells…

More Cells Means More New Hair Growth From Your Scalp!

Sadly, we always give up halfway; hair growth is a long journey. Are you ready to take that step?

>>Your first step toward gloriously thick hair is just a click away!

PS. Never give up

Hair grows on average about ½ an inch per month, that is 6 inches per year. So, don’t ever give up if you don’t see results immediately.
